Alpha Delta Pi Giving Back

The Delta Omega chapter of Alpha Delta Pi takes pride in our community service and philanthropy endeavors. In 1979, the Ronald McDonald House became the national philanthropy of Alpha Delta Pi. Our Chapter is fortunate to have numerous Ronald McDonald Houses only an hour away in Chicago, Illinois. The proximity of RMHC allows us to volunteer often and enjoy the families the organization serves

ADPi's throughout the country participate in an annual Lion's Share Challenge to raise money for RMHC. The past two years the Delta Omega chapter has hosted a Bags Tournament to raise money for the RMHC on Northern Illinois University's campus. In only its second year in 2008, the women raised over $1,800!

Alpha Delta Pi supports the philanthropic efforts of all Greeks as well as the community of DeKalb. We are always excited to participate in philanthropies of other fraternities and sororities on campus. We participate in a variety of campus events including "NIU Cares Day" an event that benefits NIU's campus and local community through community service. We also participate in "Relay for Life" to benefit the American Cancer Society. We believe it is important to help our community as often as possible.
